Spacious open plan main floor of bungalow. Minimum 7 day stay. Walk-out home in Gleneagles subdivision of Cochrane offers a 3 bedroom main floor suite. A great home base while you explore the area for jobs, long term housing needs or just as a vacation rental.
This Main floor suite is 3 bedrooms (queen sized bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed in the office), fully equipped kitchen, lounge, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. All linens, cookware, dishes are supplied. Gas fireplace, 2 Televisions, cable TV, high speed internet. Kitchen is equipped with Fridge, Dishwasher, hot plate, microwave, convection oven, fry pan, slow cooker, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Mountain view from lounge, balcony. In suite laundry. The home backs directly onto back garden and large green space/play area. This main floor suite rents for $850/week.
You will need a vehicle at this residence. There is an attached double garage with one stall dedicated to each suite and plenty of on street (safe) parking. We have coded entry locks on each suite so access is safe and convenient for all. Codes change after each occupant. Shopping is in the town center a good 20 minute walk down hill. Calgary is a 15 minute drive east of Cochrane with quick access to the transit/train system just inside the city limits. Banff/Canmore is a 1 hour drive to the west. Fantastic skiing, white water rafting, hiking in the Rocky Mountains. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, and full payment on arrival. We do not accept credit cards or paypal. Email money transfers only. We have a 30 day notice of cancellation for refund of deposit.
