Recent updates and developments to the Contract writiing and signing systems mean that Contracts no longer need to be done face-to-face, which saves gasoline, ink and valuable time.  Within certain computer application a Contract can be written by a Realtor, sent electronically to a Seller or Buyer for an 'electronic signature'.  After signing it goes automatically to the next signer and then back to the originating Realtor.  It is super slick!!  Saves paper and messy faxing.  When ALL are done signing you receive a PDF with everyone's signature for taking/sending to your mortgage broker or lawyer.
